Play Family Feud for free! As On TV.
Family Feud is easy to play! Simply beat the clock to figure out the four most popular answers with the fewest 'hint' letters revealed. Guess all four correctly to play the Bonus Round and increase your score by correctly choosing the most popular answer.
Main Round
The main round consists of a single survey question followed by the four most popular answers in a hangman-style set of blank letter boxes. One random letter is revealed in each answer. For example, if the question is "Name a place a tourist visits in New York City," and the answer is "STATUE OF LIBERTY", the answer might look like this:

You can request an additional letter by clicking on the "Reveal Letter" button. So, after 6 requests to reveal a letter, the phrase might look like this:

When you think you know the answer, click the "Solve" button and complete the word or phrase, pressing [Enter] to submit. If your answer is correct, you will move on to the next answer. You cannot reveal the final letter in any answer, but you may "Pass" to the next available answer at any time, provided you have not already completed three of them.
You'll have two minutes to complete the "Main" round. If you do not complete all four answers before time runs out you will not receive a Time Bonus and will not be eligible for the Bonus Round. If you receive three (3) 'Xs' for incorrect answers, you will still receive a "Time" bonus, but you will not be eligible for the Bonus Round.
Bonus Round
The Bonus Round requires you to select the answer you think was the most popular with the survey respondents. The score during the bonus round is equal to the popularity of the answer that you selected. For instance, if you were to select BAR OF SOAP, and that answer was the third (3rd) most popular response based on the survey results, you would receive a Bonus Round score of 25.
Most Popular Answer = 75
2nd Most Popular Answer = 50
3rd Most Popular Answer = 25
4th Most Popular Answer = 0
Time Bonus = 500 * (Time Remaining)/(Starting Time)
For example, if the game has 42 seconds left on the clock (out of the 120 second time limit) when you complete your final answer, the time bonus will be 500 * 42/120, or 175 points.
The Final Game Score, as shown on the score summary screen, is the sum of these three score components. For example:
Main Round Score 1,322
Bonus Round Score 25
Time Bonus 175
FINAL SCORE 1,522
Game Strategies:
Limit the number of letters you reveal. Each additional letter costs points!
If you do not immediately recognize an answer, pass and try again later in the round. If you do not know an answer and time is running out, reveal all of the letters until you're able to determine the answer. Keep an eye on the time; don't miss out on the Bonus Round! Did You Know?
